Credit cards are our preferred method of payment, mainly because it allows us to quickly verify your payment information and send your booking request on its way as fast as possible. You can safely enter your credit card details via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

• It is recommended that you wait for our confirmation on room availability prior to processing your payment (usually within 1 business day). 
• Our rates do not include bank fees, these must be included when transferring. 
• Your booking will not be processed until your transfer has been verified or the check has cleared. 
• After you have made your payment, please fax the pay-in slip to us at +662-933-3031 (please also include booking number). You can also scan it and send it as an attachment using this form. 
• Make sure you receive your e-mail from us. Add support@atsiam.com to your address book.
