How do I download a booking receipt/tax invoice?
- Go to your account page by clicking on the Your Account link on the top-right of every page.
- At your account page, click on Track Your Reservations link
- Locate the item you want to get the receipt and click on "Tax Invoice" link associated with this item. A pop-up window will be displayed
- On this page, not only you can download required receipt but you can also check for information and delivery status.
- We issue the receipt daily at the end of the day. If you paid by transferring the money to our account, your receipts will be available for download on the next day.
- If you paid by credit card, your receipts will be available after we settled the payment which is typically 2-3 days after your booking is confirmed
- If you chose to deliver by email, the receipt file will be sent when it is issued
- If you paid more than once for one booking, there may be multiple receipts per booking.
