Payment Methods

At AtSiam.com, we have several payment methods available including direct deposit and cheque/money order if you don't want to use a credit card. We try to make booking as easy as possible.

 
Credit Cards

   
We accept Visa and MasterCard and we plan to add other cards as soon as possible. Credit cards are our preferred method of payment, mainly because it allows us to quickly verify your payment information and send your booking request on its way as fast as possible. You can safely enter your credit card details via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

 

Please note that your credit card will be charged in Thailand Baht.

Transfer the Payment to Our Bank Account

Please make the payment payable to NetCreatic Dot Com Co., Ltd.

 

Remarks:

• It is recommended that you wait for our confirmation on room availability prior to processing your payment (usually within 1 business day). 
• Our rates do not include bank fees, these must be included when transferring. 
• Your booking will not be processed until your transfer has been verified or the check has cleared. 
• After you have made your payment, please fax the pay-in slip to us at +662-933-3031 (please also include booking number). You can also scan it and send it as an attachment using this form. 
• Make sure you receive your e-mail from us. Add support@atsiam.com to your address book.

Western Union Payment Instructions

• Step 1:
  Checkout and choose "Bank Transfer" as the payment method. Print out summary page.
   
• Step 2:
  Visit http://www.westernunion.com to locate the nearest agent.
   
• Step 3:
  From the Agent clerk, obtain a money transfer form and show them your identification card. They will help you with the application. Here is our information:

• Step 4:
  Give the Agent clerk the filled-up form, cash and sign the receipt.
   
• Step 5:
  When done, a Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)** will be provided. E-mail support@atsiam.com or submit this form the following information:

  • Exact Total of Amount Sent (USD):
  • Booking Number:
