Excellent

I stayed there in January and was given a room upgrade to a deluxe room which was very nicely appointed. Breakfast wasn't part of my package, but if you like to start the day of right it is a very good option.
I will probably stay there again. It is in the top three hotels I have stayed in Bangkok so far.

Location is excellent and staff couldn't be better.

Good value for money

Friendly and good location. Service good. Rooms can be better. Wireless Internet in rooms would be an improvement.

Gala Dinner

Was there for the New Year Gala Dinner, it was wonderful great layout, good food, staff were too good for words, but the singer let it down and her selection of songs where unappropriated for New Year celebrations. I think she was friends with the management as she was all over them, that's why she was there.

I am not one to complain but I would like them to get feedback, if she is dropped I will be back next year!
