I would like to take this chance to appreciate the service of your company - AtSiam.com, especially Emma. She is really nice and helpful!! Thank you very much for her assistance!!! ^_^

However, I was not very satisfied about the front desk service of that hotel. As it was confirmed that room 502 with double beds would be reserved for us, but they told me that the room 502 was staying by another guest, so they could NOT provide that room for us and they only offered us the room on the 3/F only. >_<

They said they have not confirmed the room 502 with us, but when they showed us the information that your company sent to them, we could clearly see that your company have informed them already and it was also shown on the booking confirmation from your company.

On the other hand, the staff in the hotel's restaurant is really nice and friendly!!! Thank you very much for serving the breakfast for us those three days. I enjoyed the breakfast time at their hotel very much. ^_^

Once again, thank you very much for your company - AtSiam.com. The service from your company and your staff is really great and efficient. I will make the hotel reservation through your company again when I go to Thailand next time.

I will not choose this hotel again. The deep dark black curtain let me feel panic. While I went back to hotel, I want to take a shower but -- there is no hot water. And the water first out from the faucet is rust color!! --> My God!! (let me feel sick and almost throwing up)

Room is ok, but facility is not good and also no switch control for lighting on side bed. Breakfast is poor, and they didn't know how to cook bacon, they put it in the hot oil and make it crispy, so the taste is very bitter, can not eat.

Location also not convenience to catch any vehicle to down town.
