Very Price Worthy

by Monika Rehnberg from Ale, Sweden, 30 Oct 07

Food is Excellent, service on this hotel is good, rooms are old and not that good, location is perfect for those who wants to go shopping in Pratunam.

Considering the price, I would say that this hotel is very price worthy indeed. Which by the way is why it fairly often is fully booked :) I will be back to both AtSiam.com and Baiyoke Suite Hotel

Thanks!

Satisfaction granteed

by JUHANA MD SALLEH from Brunei Darussalam, 16 Aug 05

I like this place so much, due to that this year alone I had stayed there twice. The place are cosy and the room is big, easy to go anywhere from here-either going for shopping or for food. The place are clean the b'fast are delicious.

Nice choice - why not again!

by Sebastian Ebert from Germany, 5 Aug 05

Nice, clean rooms. Breakfast on 42th floor offers a nice view over the city. The elevator can be a pain: sometimes you have to wait for 10 minutes to get in.

Much better than before

by Anonymous User from New Zealand, 22 Jul 06

Our stay was much better than the last time we were there as they have done work on the lifts which were now effecient. They were by far the worst aspect of the hotel before.

Good value as the rooms are big and the buffet breakfast is excellent. We did not however get the welcome drink we were promised and had to wait half hour with a sick teenager while they cleaned the room. Its a bit of a bore that those little things that are promised, never seem to come to pass. What can you do when they say the service has been ''discontinued'' they seemed to have forgotten to inform the booking agency that its been ''discontinued''.

But all in all a pleasant stay.

Baiyoke Suite is sweet

by Doug Cockroft from Auckland, 30 Aug 06

Location in Pratunum could not be better for markets, shopping and access to the tollway to the airport. I have stayed here 5 times and although progress has been slow, the hotel is refurbishing without raising its rates! The rooms, though dated are all large suites and the lobby, cafe and lifts are now all clean and modern. Well done and keep up the refurbishing.

A satisfied customer

by Chan Wing Leong from Malaysia, 6 Oct 06

The receptionist are helpful although the Assistant Managers can give you some attitude problem.

Very good service from the concierge and the bell boys, they even help to call a van for us when they notice that we have too much luggage to fit in a normal taxi.

Just below this hotel is where u can find all the clothes and accessories you can find, no need to go to those tourist trap areas. Visit the shops by the roadside for better bargains.

A bit far from the BTS station.

Breakfast is the same everyday.

Bangkok..lovely City at Baiyoke Suite

by Inas Soliman from Maadi, Cairo, Egypt, 25 Jun 07

Hi, I'm Inas from Egypt, I stayed there me and my husband for the first time for 12 nights!! yah long time, but we did so because of the good rate and to discover this big city, it was our first time in Asia. Anyway, the hotel and the city are strange at first, then u get used to it, rooms r bid, beds r clean only u will be surrounded with old furniture and old bathroom..little smelly because of the closed windows. Location is perfect, we could walk to the Big C, Platenum Fashion Mall, Pantip..not the far. Olso, there is a travel agency (four Seasons)behind the hotel if u get to the street from the garage of the hotel, this travel agency prepared a lovely trip to the floating market with lunch, crocodile farm, snack farm with a 1300bht..from the hotel to the hotel. was a lovely day actually. Also ppl are very nice and very polite, only one thing was bad while we were walking, we met ppl asked us if we went to visit the Germ factory, they were telling us it's only open today and they never left us until we leave them and tell them leave us alone. We met these ppl 12 times in the 12 days..at the first we went as they said and we found a veryyyyyyyy expensive shop, then we left. About shopping I got 35 kilos over weight..but thanks God, plan was empty so they passed us without paying extra fees. About weather was very sticky, hot..but hotels r air conditioned, taxis r, malls r..so no problem.

I'm in love with this country so do my husband..we went to all europe and we only loved paris and prague but Thailand is the best than anywhere...in prague ppl r veryyyyy stupid and dum. So..after all what I wrote, go ahead and book there..hotels nearby are Amari, Baiyoke Sky and Indra..which are expensive. Think and go have fun..shop till u drop. :)

Good conveniently situated quality hotel

by MARTIN ALAN NORMANTON from Merthyr Tydfil, Cardiff, Wales, 29 Apr 07

This was my 3rd stay at Baiyoke, need i say anymore, it is perfect for Pratunam market, and the restaurant was exceptional with an awesome view over the city from the 43rd floor, Rooms are a good size, the one downfall is the bathroom, which has seen its better days, but will be staying again, One note is it is not suitable for the single male traveler for entertaining.

We will be back

by Rumpa Agsorn Bollaerts from Brussels, Belgium, 18 Apr 07

This is a recommendable hotel, because the rooms are very big, the service is OK and the price is OK too. Unfortunately, I could not get a king size bed as I requested, but nevertheless I was very happy to stay there. Since I had to leave early morning, the hotel gave me a breakfast pack, which is very unusual. It was more than I expected. Thank you and see you again soon.
