Best Bangkok House Hotel Reviews & Ratings

I stayed in a Deluxe room for 4 nights because of a promotion I found online. The bedroom had a lot of space & storage, the bathroom was large with a nice interior. The bad things about the room was the toilet & shower in the same area, the TV is small & not many channels & the walls are extremely thin. I could hear everything from neighboring rooms. Theres also a loud train nearby that goes past every couple of hours.

The room is clean but sheets & towels have holes & stains. The hotel is located far away down an alley - it is hard to get a taxi in this area & many taxi's don't know this hotel - so be prepared to direct the taxi back!

We had a very plea sent stay. Very helpful stuff and nice persons, close to shopping.

Bad things...the beds was not that good and the room was a little to small. We booked a family room but we didn't got that.

The hotel really does not deserve 3 stars and is definitively not at "international standards" as it claims to be. The breakfast compared to Baiyoke or Eastin was very poor. May be you should say if it is breakfast or " buffet " so people know what to expect. But the staff was helpful without any problem.

First of all, this is way too expensive for what it offers. Rooms were very very small. No tables or chairs or anything. There simply was no room. Beds were like hospital beds. They charged us 1,000 Baht for a room that was smaller than a dorm room! Baiyoke Suite charges 1,250 Baht for a much better hotel and room. My luck that it was already fully booked.

The location is really bad for Best Bangkok House. It is way too inside the Pratunam market and going out at night is neither secure nor fun. There are stray dogs wandering around ready to bite you!

There is no buffet breakfast. The breakfast served was bad.

The AC in the room hardly did any cooling. The flush system was broken. There is no security box in room. No place to even put your bags on. The bathroom was smelly and dirty. There was no food or bar at night.

The staff was helpful though.

Location: Just a 7 minute walk from BTS station Rajchathewi. But even for local taxi, the hotel could be difficult to find. You careful to catch some sign on the pole.

Room: With poor provider, a shower has not enough hot water.

Around there: You can see many stalls for eating around the hotel.

Breakfast: Not buffet, but be enough.
