Not very impressive with the service!

Be aware that everything is chargeable like extra pillows, sheets, pullout couch, etc. Room was big but a bit old. It is a serviced apartment! Manager was rude when we asked to waive the unnoticed charge for using the sofa bed in room.

I'll definitely be back!

This is my 2nd time back at this hotel. The location makes it easy for me to travel around Bangkok. The shopping malls are near (walking distance) and the Pratunam market is just around the corner.

We will be back

This is the 4th time we are back in this service apartment. The renovation of the hotel was well done. Now the lobby is brighter.
The breakfast was good, but can improve with more varieties though.
We will surely be back again.

Excellent value

We spent 3 nights at the Centre Point Petchburi Hotel. Our room was lovely and had everything that we needed in it. The breakfast was nice with a good buffet choice. The service at the reception desk could have been a little quicker, but they were very helpful when we checked out in a rush for our flight to Phuket. The hotel is very conveniently situated and I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family. Excellent value.

Best location !

We staid at the room in front of the road. It's noisy at night. You have better staying at the back side. I like this hotel because the location is very good.

Simply the best

Second time I stayed here and I'm coming back. I like everything about this place. The location is pretty good, room with kitchen clean and comfortable. Nice and helpful staff.

Stayed for 2 pleasant nights

I was pleasantly surprised with the rooms, they were very elegant and large; I have stayed at Hiltons (rooms) that were not half as nice. Quite a value! There was in fact quite a few services at the hotel, but you have to find them. A directory would have been helpful. The breakfast was outstanding and could easily qualify as brunch. Front desk was not overly helpful but all other staff was; and I was surprised to find a deposit charge on leaving that varied depending if you booked on line, through a agent, or were a return customer. I was uneasy to leave $100 US for 2 nights, 2 rooms but it was returned. Although it was not much, I thought it was cheap to charge for internet use.

Love it

I've stayed at this place 4 times and would not stay anywhere else in Bangkok.
Can't ask for a better location, close to all the shopping areas, (MBK, Siam Square, Paragon, Pantip, Central, Platinum...on and on) as well as great food areas on the streets and in the food courts of the shopping centres.
SkyTrain is 5 - 10 mins walk away which will get you to all place around BKK quickly, cheaply and in air conditioned comfort.
The rooms are great. Huge with a big balcony. Broadband internet, satellite TV, DVD player.
The staff are friendly, helpful and courteous.
Great place overall.

We can't wait to go back

We stay here 7 nights and it was excellent. We have room with kitchen and all was very clean. We like very much and we will return again.I s about 3 minutes walk from Pantip and 5 minutes from Pratunam.The food is excellent too and they have good service.

I WISH I'LL STAY HERE PERMANENTLY

When the taxi first turned into the lane, I thought...well, nothing impressive. But the moment I step into the room....I was so excited and happy that I chose this service apartment.
Positive points:
1. Clean, spacious, comfortable
2. Fully equipped with TV. mini hi-fi, kitchen, stove, microwave, fridge, dressing table, hair dryer, coffee table, sofa set
3. One to two minutes walk to Burger King, 7-eleven, spa, beauty centre
4. Five minutes walk to Wholesale Fashion Centre, Pratunam Night Market
5. 10 minutes walk to Ratchathewi Skytrain
6. Lots of taxis and tuk-tuks for your convenience
7. Helpful bellman
8. Great breakfast
9. Good sauna
Negative points:
1. Female front desk officers not so friendly
2. Housekeeping staff do not fill up toiletries unless being asked for
3. Clothes hangers are non-detachable from the cupboard, hence it's difficult to hang small-sized clothes
Overall it's a great place for relaxation. Value for money! You're getting more than what you are paying for.
