Good value for money at a prime location
by Ofer Greenstien from Israel, 29 Aug 08
Breakfast wasn't good as well, no place to seat for a long time and than they opened a store-room and arranged few tables for guests. The selection of food was poor, mostly Asian style dishes such as fried rice, meat, stir-fried and such.
Other than these 2 points Centre Point Petchburi was very good and we most likely will come again.

Good accommodation at cheap rate.
by CK from S'pore, 21 May 05
Something else worth mentioning. When we checked out, we left some belongings behind. Called back and they are able to recover it and left it at reception for my collection.
Only negative thing i have is that the common corridor outside the rooms are very hot as they don't seem to have the air-con. on other than the room and front lobby.

AWESOME AND HAPPY STAY. RECOMMENDED FOR BANGKOK VISITORS.
by SIMON LIN KOK LEONG from SINGAPORE, 27 Jun 05
Overall, I enjoy my stay and I rated it as above class for the room size is good, the air-con is superbly well maintained. Room service was prompt. This is the best place to stay for 3 of my visits to Bangkok and will certainly come back and recommend my friends to come.
About the location, it's a short 20mins slow pace walk to Isetan and Big C. 15mins walk to Ratchatewi BTS Station which makes my trip to MoChit Station very fast. I'd actually saved a lot of money by taking the airport bus which stops at Indra Regent Hotel which is a very convenient taxi ride (35baht) to/from CentrePoint Petchaburi.
Another plus point is that the apartment room is fully equipped with a fridge, a quality DVD hi-fi stereo and a 29" flat TV. It also makes my sleepless night very well served with free rental DVDs (available at the recep), which I had borrowed movies for 4 nights of my stay.
AWESOME AND HAPPY STAY. RECOMMENDED FOR BANGKOK VISITORS.

What a Bargain!
by Paul Cooper from Bristol, UK, 10 Jul 05
I have stayed at many properties in Bangkok from family run guest houses to the top 5* hotels such as the Shangri-la, Banyan Tree and JW Marriott and CentrePoint Petchburi wins hands down when it comes to value for money.
Studio's are large, bright and clean and very, very quiet. Nice pool with decking and a good wholesome breakfast included in the price. Skytrain is 7-10 mins walk away and a taxi at night will cost no more than 40 Baht to Sukhumvit for example.
A few restaurants nearby but not in abundance. Pratunam market almost on your doorstep and cheap electronics across the road at the Pantip Plaza. Pleasant staff who upgraded me to a corner studio with kitchen on my second visit.
At 1,550 BHT will be returning here later this year.
