Not very impressive with the service!

Be aware that everything is chargeable like extra pillows, sheets, pullout couch, etc. Room was big but a bit old. It is a serviced apartment! Manager was rude when we asked to waive the unnoticed charge for using the sofa bed in room.

I use repeatedly.

It is those with difficulty to make it leisurely night. However, it is active and is good location daytime also at shopping. It was able to be finished by construction of a lobby and an elevator and was able to stay comfortably.

Excellent Value

It was my second stay at this hotel and I haven't been disappointed. Is a spotless place to stay and close enough to the BTS. Will stay here again and again.

Turned good at last

I just surprised on miscommunication between AtSiam.com and hotel staff. I just work in middle east and not citizen of gcc but my room is canceled since hotel limit people from gcc citizenship. this is inconvenience to reexplain everything while we are already arrived at night and anxious if need to find another hotel in very short time.

Value for money is what it is

Overall I'm highly impressed. I heard that the chain of center points were good and wow, they are good! Even though it isn't really in the district of shopping, cab rides of 35-50 Baht make it really convenient to travel anywhere.
Other things that I found great in Bangkok and would review if had a chance:
1. Platinum shopping mall nearby had all the shopping in the world for my wife to do.
2. Crown Tailors on Sukhumvit soi 8 did my suits and shirts up beautifully.
3. Cabbages and Condoms - excellent Thai food in sukhumvit soi 12
4. Sirroco on silom - fantastic view - comes at a steep price though.
Overall, all this only a cab ride away from this beautiful hotel!
Other things that I found great in Bangkok and would review if had a chance:

One the best ive stayed in! highly recommend

AMAZING!!! the rooms were fab the beds were so comfortable and the rooms were very clean. The hotel was brilliant could not fault it, very friendly staff, made you feel really welcome. It was good distance to shops, restaurants etc, very central in my opinion. And taxis knew it well just make sure you state which centre point because apparently there are a few in Bangkok.
Breakfast was delicious and such a variety to chose from, and when we were there they were doing some building works and we could not even tell, it was still very clean and quiet.
I highly recommend this hotel.

The price increase too MUCH!

The price has simply increase far too much. 3 months ago, I made a booking for the same room type at 1650 baht, 3 months later increase to 2100 baht! Nothing additional given. Considering to change to another place on my next trip 3 months down the road.

Can't fault this hotel at all. Excellent value for money, great location. Ftaff friendly, very helpful & welcoming. Booked when arrived in airport, & got great rate. Worked out at £27 (england) per night.

Why not ? :)

For a place with that kind of size and service, I was very happy with it ! It was large enough for 4 of us to stay with no problems whatever. Staff were eager to help and I'd come back to stay there anytime!
Recommendations for things to do in Bangkok as well:
For shopping - head to Platinum mall (right next to Pantip plaza - it seems this place is better then MBK now). For suits - Crown Tailors at Sukhumvit soi 8 did a great job for us!
For food - the street food is the best!
