Centre Point Silom Hotel Bangkok Reviews & Ratings

I had a very positive experience booking with AtStiam.com and found the service excellent. I had to change my date and reservation last minute and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. It worked out perfect. In terms of the Centre Point Silom, I love this property and stay there often when in Bangkok. The prices are very good and the apartments large and great service too.

Very spacious room but a little bit worn out. Shower and bathtub leaked a little. Staff is friendly, especially the security guards. Few minutes walk from BTS and Ferry.

I spent 6 nights at the Centre Pointe Silom over 3 separate stays during October. Everything went very smoothly with the AtSiam booking. I had a 1 bedroom Apt with river view during each visit just as the booking indicated.

Excellent location for jumping on the Skytrain or river ferries. Robinsons Dept Store & Fast Food adjacent to the lobby. Breakfasts were very good. Excellent service from the staff and friendly security who opened doors and pushed the elevator button when they saw you coming. The property itself is very nice however the fixtures are showing some age and the condition varies somewhat from room to room.

Dislikes: Inflexible late check out policy regardless of your patronage. Also, taxi drivers aren't familiar with this hotel/apt so it helps if you can get written directions from the hotel for your driver. Overall impression ... I would gladly stay there again for the convenience of the location, the generous space and the hospitality of the service staff. I would hope for new carpets...as all 3 rooms needed replacement to compete in the 4 star category. I found that AtSiam.com delivered exactly as promised at the best price that I found on the Internet...highly recommended.

Very good location. Rooms are big and spacious but old furniture. The lobby is going through renovation and I think the whole place needs one. The only place I have ever stayed that charges for extra towels. Charge me $5 more next time and don't tell me I cannot get fresh towels, unless I pay for it.

The hotel is beautiful, large and convenient, cleaning worker is very kind to guest. More important, it is convenient to buy something.

The room is quite and comfortable. I will live the Center Point next visit.

This was our second stay at Centre Point Silom. We really like the place. Lots of space, excellent location - close to BTS, express boat pier and easy to find taxi. Breakfast was serviceable although more variety would be nice. The lobby was under renovation so the entrance was a little hard to locate. Fortunately, the construction was not very intrusive. Would stay here again.

I have stayed at all the Centre Point locations in Bangkok, my favorite and the Pinnacle of the Centre point group is Sukumvit Soi 10 but unfortunately it was full. Centre wireless road is a Modern grand hotel with exceptional features but the down side is surprisingly small rooms compared to the rest of the hotel architect with huge reception and high ceilings, my studio room was tiny. If it was cheaper I would not have minded so much.

We are regular visitors to Thailand and this hotel is excellent value for money - the apartments are huge and the staff are great . Will certainly stay there on our next visit.
