I will check in again.

I stayed there for 5 days. Chatra court is near to BTS station, within 5- 7min distance, and it 's located in a quite place. Service is good. No problems to check-in. No extra fee for your visitor.

Nice hotel

Very nice hotel in the middle of Sukhumvit Rd. The only thing that I missed was a mini bar and room service (food). Staff was very helpful and stayed for two weeks.

Aug 29 - 1 Sept . I was there .
Service and security staffs offered a very good warmth welcome .
Despite the location is rather deep in a road it still a nice place to stay as there is less disturbance .
Travelling to BTS ( train station ) is very near.
Location to HOT SPOTS like NANA n Cowboy all within walking distance .
Best of all , finding nice food is never hard.
With the facilities and services in the Hotel , i will sure come again .
Sauna is small but nice together with gym and the sky viewing pool .

Good Hotel with Good Price

It was a good Hotel in a good area. The staff was very friendly and Helpful. I liked my stay in this Hotel. The area is very quiet. It is very good for any people how want to spend their holiday in a quiet place. Everything near you. Seven-eleven supermarket just few steps away. Robinson market is nearby. I would like to go to their again.
The staff respect all people. I liked their smile all the times. Just like all kind Thai people. Thanks.

Bad impression!

Located along a dingy alley. About 5 mins to Asoke BTS. Stayed in Room 1200. Furnishings are old. Room has a strong smoke stench, although I have requested for a non-smoking room. Was disappointed with the service of the staff. Not very friendly. When we requested for the towels to be changed, it was never done. The only comfort that we have is that the area is pretty conveniently located to Robinson and train station. Don't recommend the hotel for family.

Good value for your money

We stayed here as a family of 4. It was very convenient to have 2 bedrooms plus a living/dining area and kitchen. The suite was clean, but a bit run down/dated. There is no real view from the bedrooms, but there is separate air conditioner for each of the 3 rooms, which is very nice! The view from the living room faced another hotel that had lush greenery in window boxes on every floor, so that was nice. There was lots of storage space in every room, a TV in the master bedroom and living room.
As far as location is concerned, I suppose it depends what you want to do in Bangkok. This is Sukhumvit. I read in another review that taxi drivers don't know where the hotel is---and they don't. Just tell them that it's Sukhumvit Soi 19. You access the hotel by a small road off of Soi 19. Just keep your eyes open and look for the hotel sign in the narrow roads that you pass. The only not-so-good thing was that the hotel gave us only 3 breakfast vouchers, even though we were 4 people. They said that Deluxe rooms were allowed only 3 vouchers, and we had to pay 50 baht for the 4th breakfast. Even so, I still feel that we got good value for our money.

We wouldn't recommend it - not worth what you pay for!

Like many hotels in Thailand, this place has deteriorated since the last time we visited it a few years ago. Each time we walk into the apartment, there is an awful stale smell. The furnishings are run down. Also, the shower isn't consistently hot - it goes cold intermittently. The apartment is not well furnished - you even have to ask for a hot-water boiler. The bathroom and kitchenette are very run-down.
Although we stayed for 4 nights, when we requested for a late checkout at 4pm as our flight departs at 6.30pm. The reception staff simply quoted standard checkout times at 12pm and they could only extend till 2pm, even though the place isn't full. We were charged half day's rate of 1500 THB for 2 hours. Obviously, they were more interested in short-term gains - they seem to be unaware of the general rule - penny-pinching.

I really enjoyed stay

Clean, good location ,value for money! This hotel located inside from Sukhumvit so I can sleep very well when i stay. I will stay here again and if you take pick up girls, don't have to pay joiner fee.

Nice for a short stay.

Nice hotel for a fair price. Located close to the Sky-train. Rooms quiet and comfortable. Friendly staff. Swimming pool and breakfast poor, probably because of the price. A towel and a bar should be nice at the swimming pool.

Great Stay

Staff were flexible. We arrived at midnight, and staff found us a larger room that we could put down one of the pool deckchair mattresses for our son.
Many shops and restaurants nearby, and BTS station is a short walk.
Taxis still have difficulty finding the place - recommend you print a copy of the map to show the driver. Also saying the hotel is _between_ Soi 15 and Soi 19 helps.
