Excellent service

The staff there were extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond the call to make the stay as comfortable as possible. Very efficient on reception and organized our lift into Kao San Road with the hotel car and driver FOC. Would definitely stay there again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Confirm free transport

The full breakfast is great. They have discontinued their free transportation to airport and are charging 150 Baht although a taxi is only 70 Bath. Confirm a free ride before checking in. Stairs only but staff is helpful. Beds good, room clean.

Great little hotel

This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel, its great value for money if you have an early flight out of Bangkok. As it includes breakfast (which opens at 5.30am) and a lift to the airport. Will definitely use again : )

Good experience

Good experience. Would do it again. Staff ready and willing to help where needed. About 10 minutes from the airport. Transportation to and from airport provided. Food was okay. All in all it is perfect for an overnight transit situation.

Great place, great stay for transit, value for money especially with the free transfer service and breakfast. If the road leading into hotel is well lighted up, then everything will be perfect.

Basic, Bangkok Airport Hotel with Some

Basic accommodations. Okay for layover. Clean. Free WiFi in room not operational, but front desk let me use one of several lobby computers at no charge to accommodate me. Free airport pickup and delivery. Breakfast included and is adequate, as long as expectation are in proportion to type of hotel this is. Would probably stay again, especially if the free WiFi in room works.

DISSAPOINTED

I booked a car to pick me up..could not find the car, so I rang the hotel ,,, she said i could not be picked up as I had not checked in yet????? When I finally arrived i had an argument about breakfast that I had paid for ... I showed her my itinerary but she still would not accept it ... I had to wait until the morning to get it sorted ...The bed is like sleeping on the road ...

WILL NOT BE BACK
