Perfect for shoppers!

Nice hotel perfectly situated for shopping spree's. Especially if your into computers Pantip Plaza is only a couple of meters away.
The decoration of the rooms could be a bit more tastefully but for that price! hey who cares,a nd it's clean!

Nothing

Nothing special; not so good and not so bad. The location of hotel is good and convenient. But, the outside view (looking from window of Tower wing) is not beautiful. The service is normal, nothing special. The room is OK.

Waiting to get back there !!!

I stay there before, I'm kind of disappointed that the room that they gave us (the toilet sink was dirty and got problem), but overall OK ... hopefully they will fix the problem because I'm planning to stay there again for my next trip.

The room was OK but the toilet was terrible. The shower tap was not working. It was either too cold and too hot and the water was so little. It take me almost half a day to wash my hair. But it cheap la... what u pay what u expect.

Good location

Main Wing is very bad, not clean and smell!! We change room to other wing - it better, more new and clean rooms with possible to open window. Good location close to Siam Station, Pantip Plaza and new Siam Ocean World with big Shopping Plaza!

Need improvement

The bathrooms are not clean and have stains. The shower was falling apart and we had to hold it while we took showers. The baskets that held the shampoo, foam bath, etc are molding and smelly. The room is smell. We asked for a better room. The receptionists were not really helpful. However, the location is convenient.

Check the room before you pay!

The location, and the food is good...
BUT BUT BUT !!!!
If you have booked online or so (without seeing the room) then get prepared for a surprise... They may give you room with faulty fittings, and wouldn't get a choice to select from twin or double, doesn't matter what u originally booked.
Like in my case; we booked a double for me and my partner... and they gave us a twin..!!! I had to live on a separate single bed from that of my wife!
And, the showers didn't come with hot water; but doesn't matter as it's too hot there anyways.
Overall , it was not bad, but there was lot of scope to improve.

Marvellous

The hotel is really marvellous. It has great location if you are interested in shopping. Pantip Plaza , IT City, Big C are near by. There are many other malls also near by. Staff is really cooperative. It will have sweet memories in our life.

Thank you for a pleasant stay!!

We stayed in the newer tower wing. The room is spacious, enough for a couple and 2 children. Location is very convenient, just 10 minutes away from the nearest BTS station. Close to food outlets and convenient stores. In the proximity of Bangkok's shopping belt. Housekeeping service is good. Overall it was a pleasant stay for us and we look forward to staying in the hotel again.

Recommended for Bangkok stay

The hotel does not seem very impressive from the outside, but the inside is really comfortable, clean and an excellent value for money.
We stayed in the Tower Wing and had no reason to complain; just the opposite. Convenient location to many markets, including IT City, old town etc.
