“Thank you for the wonderful service at your hotel. All of the staff were extremely polite and helpful ... exquisite Thai hospitality! I think your shuttle service to and from the airport is particularly helpful and a big selling point for exhausted international travelers.

The Internet service, however, seemed expensive and a bit awkward. That aside, I think your hotel served me very well. Thank you.”
