Very Comfortable
by LIM CHIOU YI from Malaysia, 13 Jul 08
Location also not bad, just 3-5mins walk to Ratchadamri BTS station. 3-5mins walk to famous Erawan Shrine (Si Mian Fu). 8-10mins walk to Central World and Gaysorn and Big C.
The only inconvenience is hotel no provide transport, book with hotel very expensive. And pls confirm the price twice, ask them check properly! Because I book a van to airport through hotel, but when i reach airport, the price is higher a lot than they said when i booked.
Overall is good! If next time got budget again, will choose this hotel again.

Good for sleep but not for breakfast!
by Christopher Moore from London, United Kingdom, 13 May 08
The breakfast is a disaster area, however. The room is far too small and the choice of food and drinks for breakfast well below par. I had to queue for a table and there was a melee of people in the room all trying to get at the self-service buffet. This was a poor choice for a hotel of this quality, too.
I'd stay there again, but without the breakfast option - too much hassle and not a good start for the day.

Will consider & try to go back for one more time. Won't go again if the water for shower isn't improving.
by Lo, JulianaYin Fong from Hong Kong, 16 Apr 08
2 bedroom suite & 3 bedroom suite room rate is a little too high, not reasonable room rate compare with some other service apt or residence hotel.
The place for having breakfast is too small & clouded especially if the hotel is having too many guests. Also, food can be improved especially the fruits-- is a signature of Thailand.
*****Water for shower is very weak, should be improved. Hot water is not steady. sometimes hot & sometimes cold.

We were quite reluctant to leave the room? :P
by M & A from Singapore, 14 Apr 08
(Location): Although it is hidden from the main road, the proximity to the nearby amenities is almost negligible. We were able to walk to the Erawan Shrine, Central World Plaza and Siam Paragon too. A 5 minutes walk took us to Rajdamri BTS, and we took the BTS to MBK which was just 2 stops away. However, there were no convenient stores and eateries after 10pm at this hotel, so we had supper at Four Seasons Hotel on our last night there, it was just a short 100 meters walk.
(Rooms):
We chose the Deluxe Room and were wowed. It's got everything you would expect in a serviced apartment (fridge, microwave oven, electrical kettle, LCD TV, mini compo etc). The room was spick and span, the bed was very comfortable, and we got a great view of Siam from our 41st floor room. The air-con was a tad too noisy though, but we dealt with that by lowering the fan speed. As the hotel is pretty new, all the stuffs are still pretty new too. Some people might complain of light leaking through the wooden window curtains, but i think that is no big deal.
(Conclusion): The overall comfort and service level is definitely in the class of a 5 star hotel although it was priced closer to a 4 star hotel, it felt as good as home, and we have planned to book this hotel on our next trip there.

VERY GRANDE Centre Point
by Kenneth from New York, United States, 1 Apr 08
The location is a block away from the BTS and a few blocks from the overpass that connect Century World Mall, Siam Paragon and other malls near by.
I stayed in both the 1 bedroom and the deluxe room, which the deluxe room has a larger bed, but both are just as nice. Both rooms had a excellent view of the racetrack/golf course since I was located on the 39nd and 41st floors. The outdoor pool on the 8th floor along with the gym, hot tub and movie room was nice. The breakfast at Coffee & Bean was ok with good service.
I can't say enough of this place, I will be back again, if the US dollar ever goes up again.

We will be back!
by Djordje Stojanovic from Switzerland, 24 Mar 08
The only "bad" things was the breakfast as the restaurant is too small to handle a full house.
As it was easter the place was full and there was some element of chaos during breakfast. The staff was not prepared for the large crowd.
Beside that everything was great and we will be back for sure.
