Breakfast suggestion

The American Breakfast Buffet is exceptional. I love the fruits. Could it be better to extend Breakfast time to 10:30 because I saw many late comers being rejected at 10:00 sharp.

Good Value

Room was spacious, but bathroom was small. Air conditioner thermostat not effective. The place is a bit tired, but remains good value.

Staff were friendly and helpful allowing a late check-out.

Tired, but OK

Not exactly like the photos, or maybe it was 20 years ago. The rooms are very tired, beds like bricks, and the pool is very tired and uninspiring. Good location, staff were helpful, breakfast was awesome.

Good but not excellent

Swimming Pool was not clean. Furniture in room was broken. Otherwise it was marvellous experience. People were really helpful. Breakfast coupon was not given for a child.

Once is enough

Some rooms are in really bad condition. After 2 days we changed from our "deluxe" room (because it stinks one morning like spoilt eggs) to a smaller room. This was better but anyway to expensive. Pool was dirty. Breakfast was good and late check-out allowed.

Good price/quality

The quite comfortable hotel and rooms with good level of the service at small prices. Very suitable location, walk only 2-3 minute to Asok or Nana BTS station. The staff was very friendly.

Only one problem was present with room's illumination at the opposite side from new high-rise building. Internal lighting is not enough, especially on daytime.

GW traveler

Around the hotel, already finished some constructions. So not so busy and double bed room is comfortable for me.

No need Tips, and room lighting is enough for me. Maybe if possible I will make a reservation again.

I hope there is hope...

Two years ago I stayed there and the hotel was tops. I can not believe how the hotel has gone down in such a short time. I had to insist on another room when I moved in because the bathroom was so dirty and there was mud on the carpets. The maid told me she couldn't reach the dirt because she is too short.

The breakfast is also not of the greatest quality any more. I was very disappointed with this hotel, after I was so impressed with it after my first stay. I hope they can pull things back together.
