Luxx Hotel Bangkok Reviews & Ratings

Hotel Luxx is great, but it might not be for everybody. If you are the fussy type who wants to be waited on hand and foot, you might be better off at a big fancy hotel.

If, on the other hand, you are the type who likes a small, quiet and beautifully designed room, Luxx might be just right. And don't get me wrong, the service is fantastic, just not the kind where you are constantly being waited and people are always opening doors for you etc. (That kind of service is annoying to me.)

The rooms are stunning: wood floors, huge bed, great lighting, wooden bath tub, massive closets, DVD player. Very nice. Very modern.

The location is a bit west of the downtown Silom area, but only a 5-10 minute walk to the BTS.

I'm going back for sure.

They have very good mattress, so comfortable. It's not located in the midst of all the happenings but very close by and i think that's great coz you can come back to something quiet. Only drawback is they can't help much with giving tips on where to eat. But overall, I think it's a hotel I'll come back to next time round.

I am really appreciate the helpful staff at the hotel, really sincere, eager & attentive to serve. The design of the hotel is good and the atmosphere makes me feel comfortable.

If the toilet would functional and more effectively working will be excellence, the rain shower are not able to control as ease with hot/cold control easily touchable, and after shower it always wet, the exhaust fan could be added to bathroom with bigger spread of vanity top would be great. The room could be equipped with internet service. The subsequent day request to change the room could not be better room, and default bath door are bad in room 7, yet need to be rectified.
