My First and Only Choice When in Bangkok

I have been coming to Bangkok for many years and have stayed in a variety of hotels. The Majestic Grande is now my first and only choice of a hotel in Bangkok. From check-in to check-out the service is excellent. The rooms are comfortable, spotless and have all the amenities one would need. The staff is well trained and even anticipate your needs.
The location is perfect as it is close to next the sky yet on a quiet enough street to maintain an order of privacy. I highly recommend this hotel. As a frequent customer, I often have my room upgraded at no extra charge when upgrades are available.

Pretty good

The taxi driver had a bit of a problem getting there as it is a fairly new hotel. Other than that, I can't complain. The service was excellent, and the beds are so comfy. I'll definitely stay here again the next time.

Definitely Worth a Try

I liked that this place is conveniently located, the beds are comfortable, the breakfast spread is good, and that the staff are willing to accommodate.
The only thing I found disappointing was that the pool's small and gets easily crowded, as with the cafe for breakfast. They should think about catering to the breakfast crowd in separate locations.

Good service except for IT related thing

One of the reason to select this hotel was WiFi in the room is available. I had to access to the Internet using my laptop PC. However, unfortunately the networking system of the hotel didn't work properly.
Some receptionists tried to help me but it missed the point (they were not familiar with network/computer) and we wasted two to three hours for the bootless effort. Finally I gave up to use the PC in the room.
Though, other factors were good. If the system is stable, I would like to stay there again.

Excellent service, the staff were very friendly, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was excellent. I recommend it to everyone who plans to stay in bangkok. This site and the reviews in it were very helpful throughout our whole trip in Thailand.

Will return

Only problem upon arrival was asked for non-smoking room and room did have smoke smell inside. The hotel said this floor is always non-smoking? Overall very happy with stay and will stay there again from Sep 4-8.

I would have given this hotel a higher rating except for a few points (Location...not that convenient and right next to the motorway, but at least fairly quiet).
But so far the hotel does not deliver on this. Otherwise, the hotel is nicely decorated with a clean contemporary look, the breakfast buffet was as good as most top hotels in BKK, pool area is small but well done. I would stay again, they are trying hard.
If you like the Davis Hotel, then you are certain to also like this hotel....location a little strange but not too bad.

Great hotel, value for money!

After checking the reviews, we decided to try this hotel. We were very impressed with the service of the staff and the rooms. Breakfast was a good spread and it was very thoughtful of the Management that when the 7th Floor restaurant was full, the spillover was accommodated at the ground floor Italian restaurant with the same type of food. No waiting around for other people to finish, like most hotels would do.
The doorman was always ready to swing open the entrance doors whenever we left or enter the hotel, and even before we reach the lifts, one of the staff would press the lift button for us!
Location was very good. A short walk to the MRT. Round the corner, there's MacDonald's, which is great when you have small kids who can't take spicy food. Just across the hotel past a parking lot and a bar, there's 7-11, so you can stock up on water and snacks.
I recommended this hotel to a cousin, who checked in a few days after us. She was most impressed, saying that it was great value for money! Although the swimming pool was small, the hotel made it very pretty and nice.
We would definitely stay in this hotel again! Highly recommended.

I will stay here next time

They not charge for extra person, good location only one minute to Sukhumvit Rd. and Skytrain, rooms are a little bit small but that's the only thing i can say in negative.

Very enjoyable and well kept hotel

I didn't select this hotel as my first choice but it turned out to be a pleasant surprise to find that the place was very nice. The room was small but very well kept and clean with all the required needs there.
I prefer a room with no carpet and they have no carpets in the rooms. The restaurant was very clean and the food was good although expensive for Thai standards. The breakfast buffet was good also.
