A Great Value

The Miracle Grand is a wonderful hotel choice if one needs to be close to the international airport which is just a few minutes away. The staff is wonderful as can be expected in Thailand and the rooms exceed expectations for the rate charged. Rooms are very large and decorated in a modern style.
The staff provides a bagged breakfast for those leaving the hotel before the included breakfast buffet begins and there is a free shuttle to and from the airport provided. I will definitely stay at the Miracle Grand again and use AtSiam.com for my hotel arrangements in the future.

Good buffet but lousy office facilities-no wireless internet in 5 star hotel.

Stayed there just one night for my airport transit. The hotel is well kept and has a lovely open air pool. I would highly recommend their buffet dinner. I have never seen such varieties. I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't get on their free city shuttle as it got full easily. So make an appoint to book it when you check in to avoid disappointment.
Like the previous traveler I am a bit disappointed that the room does not have free Internet access. Kind of standard these days for hotels with conference facilities. I bought the HOTSPOT wireless Internet but I have to sit near the station on the ground. Floor to read my emails.

5 star service for 3 star price

We stayed in a deluxe room which was beautifully appointed. The best part was the late check out (16:00 hrs) which meant that we had half a day to relax by the pool and have a work out in the gym.
The restaurants were superb and unusually, the room service menu was excellent with the food arriving hot. The service was wonderful, bending over backwards and respectful towards myself as a woman, asking me if I wanted service rather than deferring to my husband. The executive lounge was ok for a snack in the afternoon, the welcoming glass of wine and to grab a free DVD, but was not open until quite late in the afternoon.
We really did enjoy the chance to have our included breakfast in our room rather than the restaurant, for no charge. Transfers were super efficient. We could not criticize this hotel and will definitely be staying there for all our future stopovers in Bangkok (and will go out of our way to stop there rather than other cities).

Good place to stay

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and the food was very good. I would have liked to have high-speed Internet in the room but the rest of the facilities were top rate. It's location close to the airport was a plus for me. My meetings were close by.

Excellent hotel!

Great value for the money, the room was spectacular, everything was provided from toothbrush to slippers. Wake up call in morning was followed by another call asking if we required luggage pickup. Early departure provided us with a breakfast to go. Great place to stay for airport access.

Perfect for Airport Overnight Stay

Clean, convenient, quiet. Airport pickup delayed so I took a cab ($3)...Desk clerk tried to charge an extra 1,000 baht for second guest and I had to produce the AtSiam email stating price was per ROOM not per PERSON but she quickly honored the letter when produced.
Room was beautifully appointed and hotel amenities (pool, sauna and restaurant) were all first class. Too far from downtown for a long term stay but PERFECT for overnight connections with the airport. I will stay there again !!!

Will use again

A cracking hotel for an overnight stop as its very close to the airport. Pick up and drop off included along with a great breakfast.
Although we where only there for one night they staff made us most welcome even though our flight was over an hour late they where still there to pick us up.

An Oasis from a hectic travel schedule

Loved the bathroom, had all the extras I needed. Picture window beside the bathtub made it feel luxurious and spacious. Bed was comfortable and the service was very fast. Well done.

Our Favorite Hotel

Again, Thanks so much! Miracle Grand is always our favorite hotel in Bangkok. Very comfortable and the staff are great. We really appreciate the free airport shuttle. Oh, by the way.... We just love eating to their Restaurant.
