I will recomend the hotel

I like it. I have been at Narai Hotel many times. I Like especially the location. I didn't have the time to enjoy the swimming pool which I think need to be taken more care. The gym is quite old and unfashionable. Anyway I am not sportswoman.
If I go back to Bangkok I will choose again Narai Hotel because is very convenient for me.

Atmosphere

We like the atmosphere at the hotel. We have visit Narai Hotel 2 times but not last time. It will be nice if there was kabelnet in standard room too, or wireless internet all over the place.

Not Bad

Good location, very good service. Whilst the reception area is very modern the rooms look very dated; however they were of a good size and clean. Standard of room service food was very poor.

It is fair hotel to stay in

I have been to this hotel more than twice, I like the hotel, there are some comments I would like to share, one the gym is not functional the equipments are outdated and not working, this should be taken in concideration, as far the rooms they are old and need to be refurnished. Other than that it is fine hotel and the location is great.

Go for the superior room

I've stayed at the Narai twice this year. If you have the extra cash book the Superior rooms. They're much more worth it than the standard rooms which needs to be updated. The room I was staying in had a strong mildew smell in the closet and the shower knobs were coming out of the wall. The superior rooms are updated with new TVs and bathrooms.
