OK hotel
by chen, 25 Feb 07
OK hotel however the shower water really weak. But the staff really nice. Location is also good. Not far from Khao-San area but quiet at night. The price on this website is much cheaper than walk in rate.

Really Quite Adequate
by K. Gan from Melbourne, Australia, 6 Jan 08
For the price, it's really quite adequate. The room is large and clean and staff are friendly. I was glad that there was a room safe to keep valuables as the door lock seems of the flimsy kind. The towels provided looked a bit threadbare and one wishes for a kettle to make tea/coffee. Most of all, I wish they would keep the breakfast buffet food warm in the restaurant rather than let them go stone cold. Maybe that was a temporary breakdown as it was okay on my last breakfast. The offerings are largely non-Western but that is a matter of taste.
In terms of location, it's not particularly fortunate other than being near to the Khao San Rd shopping mall. Be prepared to walk a lot or take taxis or learn the bus routes to Bangkok's major attractions. For this reason, I won't be going back. In future, I'll rather find a hotel near to the Bangkok Railway Station (Hua Lamphong) because that is the start of the subway system (MRT) which connects to the Sky Train.
