We will go back

Service is excellent. They got a butler for every floor. So you can ask for what you want straight away. Unbelievable / Lots of variety of food and drinks for breakfast buffet beside Chao Phraya River. They make up your room few times a day. Once you go out, housekeeping staff would refill all stuff including towels you have used. Afternoon tea in 'Author Lounge' is enjoyable which is very colonial style. They serve 'Mariage Freres' tea but the price is not cheap. Their Thai restaurant 'Sala Rim Naam' which is opposite to the hotel and beside the spa centre is delicious. Spa / Massage is good, shuttle boat is provided to spa centre. But spa centre facility and service is not as good as 'The Peninsula Bangkok' which is very luxuary and many staff would serve you before and after your treatment. You can enjoy sauna, steam room, 2 jacuzzi (warm and cold water) before your treatment. It is not available in 'The Oriental Spa' even the price is more expensive than 'ESPA' by The Peninsula Bangkok. So, I am a bit disappointed about it. Also, the lobby of 'The Oriental Bangkok' is a bit old compared with the price we pay for the room.
