Room space is inadequate, and sound isolation is very bad so that I can hear all of the voices from outside and next room. Some terrible sounds like rat biting come out now and then.

Breakfast is too simple, if you get up late, you can't take anything except poor remainders. What's more, most of the taxi drivers don't know the hotel's name and location.

As someone who has traveled to many places and experienced many kinds of hotels, I can honestly say this tops the list as the worst Hotel by far. Poor rooms. Toilets and showers over flow, pests crawling everywhere. The staff are the most rude and unhelpful I have ever experienced. Very poor standard of English communication. Location is a disgrace, Construction and noise surrounding the hotel. Not the kind of place you would want to have an afternoon nap. Breakfast is virtually non-existence, I don't know why they bother. No respect or customer care shown by hotel management.

In my opinion this hotel is not worth the dirt it's built on.

1. When ask for help to call taxi, the receptionist will tell you to walk outside there and call yourselves, says there a lot out there ... easy to call ...

2. When ask for bell boy, the receptionist will say there no one around, please carry yourselves.

3. As for breakfast, there actually no preparation at all. Only bread n drink n nothing on the tray. Got only 2 choice to choose, either u want eggs? sausage?
and that your breakfast ...

4. Very bad location, taxi know nothing about it ... only if u say the name of the big hotels nearby, up to there then u have to direct yourselves back to the hotel...

So whatever you ask for, they will reply you ... please call yourselves..

5. Very small small small room....


Oh my god... of cos never a 2nd stay ever....
