Over Priced and Dirty
by Anonymous User, 25 Jan 06
The place is falling down. No air-con and the rooms stink of mould. The staff try there best at doing nothing. Take your money and run as they say. And, the best one ...... there is either NO air con or its like sleeping in the arctic.
I checked out and went across the road. Do NOT believe the sales pitch or photos!!!!!!

Stay Clear - Its Bad
by Anonymous User from UK, 1 Aug 06
Believe the reviews. There are great properties in Bangkok and President Park would be the worst. The place stinks of mold, paint and the air con just fails. Management are extremely arrogant - they stand there smiling and do nothing. The rooms are dirty and very old. People complain every day at the front desk and all the clerks want is your money. KEEP WELL AWAY - Its a nightmare.

We wouldn't stay there again. Value for money was worst in Bangkok
by Maria & Colin from York, England, 9 Feb 08
The previous reviews were right in saying that that the staff were unfriendly and obstructive, except for the bell boys and they were very helpful, seeing we had to change rooms 3 times and then had to pay extra for a decent room. You needed to be at least 8th floor or above to get away from the street traffic.
This was not our choice, we had booked with latestays.com at the Admiral Suites, but when we got there we were told the hotel was fully booked and was transfered to the President park, that was a mistake staying there. Keep well clear of this hotel, there's not much in the vicinity, they do have a free shuttle to the Emporium shopping mall, only till 8pm, there was no shuttle back from the Emporium, you have to make your own way back, taking a taxi.

Undecided ..
by Nekochan from Kuala Lumpur, 30 May 05
From the earlier review I thought that the place would be nearer Sukhumvit Rd. but turns out it's a 20 minutes walk in the hot sun on a really dusty road as there's lots of construction going on nearby.
The only good thing about it is that:
a) It's right next to i berry, a really great ice cream shop
b) There's Starbucks and Au Bon Pain within 3 minutes walk
c) There are some eating places across at Camp Davis
d) The hotel does provide a shuttle to Emporium
