We can't wait to go back!

I've seen a lot of hotels, but this one was definitely the most impressive one. Breakfast was great. We had a great view over Bangkok from our room on the 22nd floor. We advise you to book the superior room because you will stay on the new side of the hotel in a better room, without paying too much more.

Great hotel and must stay if you are visiting Bangkok

I recommend this hotel to any one. Good value. I am really impressed by the breakfast menu variety, the service and facilities. The pool is just awesome. The staff is helpful. The gym is latest and perfect with instructors ready to help.
Don't forget the massage and spa. Best value for the money. Just staying at this hotel is a great happy experience.

We will give other hotels a try the next time round

We stayed 3 nights in Prince Palace Hotel. The front office staff needs to be more friendly and smile more. The breakfast selection is good though. There is a garment wholesale market just at the doorsteps in the morning though we cannot find anything to our taste.

Great place for shoppers

Best place for people who like to shop for cheap clothing, convenient as the whole sale market is just beside the hotel. Location to other shopping malls is too far. We had a 2 bedroom suite at the new tower but the room was small. Overall the room was very clean, tidy and comfortable.

Hotel lobby is very good. Beside hotel you can any garments, cheap. Around the hotel environments is not clean. MBK and other shopping mall is not far.
Hotel has Taxi facility. This is second time I enjoyed my stay. I wish to stay again.
Exchange rate of hotel money exchange is not convenience.
It gives Very good value of your money.

Worn-out hotel in poor location

The Hotel claims to be 4-star but the room I was in (Deluxe room) had:
1. No thermostat control on aircon - aircon could be on or off - no other regulation possible.
2. TV with a very poor reception - which was claimed that it could not be made better, after a technician was called in for repair.
3. No individual control on bedside lamps.
The location is poor for access to public transport - with the extreme reluctance of taxi drivers to switch on meters for foreign passengers - it was a real hassle to get to and from the hotel. No restaurants in close vicinity of hotel and hotel restaurants much overpriced.
