Thai people are the best!

This was a convenient hotel to stay at, near the airport. I stayed there both on arriving and leaving Bangkok. The staff was very helpful in getting me a taxi to go into downtown Bangkok (and telling him where I wanted to go, as he didn't speak English).

Airport transportation was ready and waiting as arranged. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast buffet was great. I will choose this hotel to stay at again when we return in six months.

Pleasant surprise

This place was surprisingly good. I needed a transit hotel close to the airport for one night and this met my needs very well.

The hotel shuttle bus was very good when found. The traffic exiting the arrivals lounge went left to taxis/buses etc, while the shuttle driver waited to the right of the arrival lounge exit. We eventually found the shuttle bus which was just as well, I would not have felt at all confident at directing a taxi to the hotel.

A relaxing stop over

Clean rooms, the suites are huge, lovely pool, excellent breakfasts. Only one problem they did not pick us up from the airport but they returned us in their own minibuses very promptly. Highly recommend!

Great for airport layover.

The suites are huge, ours was with two bedrooms, although we only needed one. The service is good, exactly that to be expected from a four star establishment. The hotel is very conveniently located for the airport, but nonetheless quiet. Would stay there again for a layover in Bangkok.

We will stay there next time

Average good but nothing to see outside. Except for convenience - close to airport in just 10 minutes which is good for anyone who needs to catch the morning flight. Hotel staff services are just good. Breakfast was OK but bread were very dry, hard and salted.

Airport comfort

This place was very convenient for us because we had a very early flight the next day.

Rooms were massive and well air conditioned.

Staff were helpful and friendly with our requests, although they didn't always understand at first.

Good room, but service is reserved

1. Good for overnight for next day's air travel. Near airport, and free shuttle bus, taking around 15 to 20 minutes. Even in late night.

2. The room is too big for one person. Very comfortable.

3. A little complaint for service: I forgot to bring personal uses, and asked for toothbrush, but the housekeeping said there was not, and he had to go out to buy for me. I declined this offer. Next morning, I asked the front desk, and the staff said YES, he would bring me. However, I waited for over one hour to get one, and charged me B$50. Really to my surprise!!!

An excellent choice

I would definitely stay here again on a Bangkok airport transit stop. Hotel staff were waiting in the arrivals area with a sign. Van to hotel was truly free. The rooms are huge - really a suite, with living room & separate bedroom. Breakfast was also excellent with a huge buffet (Asian & European choices) and eggs cooked to order. Staff were helpful. Their pool looked inviting but I didn't have time to use it. I felt that I got a good value for the price paid.

Best option if using Bangkok Airport.

Fantastic option, if you have a morning departure, as airport is only a mile away. The suite is actually two rooms, each 15 meters long. and 5 meters wide. Bathroom excellent.

Will definitely stay there again, next time we fly.

Great hotel at the airport

We arrived at 2 AM and a van was waiting to pick us up. The staff was wonderful with us and our 2 very tired children on arrival. The location was very convenient to the airport and the breakfast buffet was the best we had in Thailand. We would definitely stay here again on arrival in Bangkok.
