Great hotel at the airport

We arrived at 2 AM and a van was waiting to pick us up. The staff was wonderful with us and our 2 very tired children on arrival. The location was very convenient to the airport and the breakfast buffet was the best we had in Thailand. We would definitely stay here again on arrival in Bangkok.

Would recommend this hotel.

Only had a one night stopover but the hotel picked us up from the airport and delivered us back the next morning in plenty of time. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for us. The room was huge and well appointed & the breakfast buffet was fabulous (lucky we only stayed the one night otherwise we may have rolled out of this hotel !)

Good value for an early departure.

Suite was large. Hotel restaurant's service was slow, food was decent and there was a variety of items. Our driver was from outside of Bangkok and had difficulty finding the place, but getting to the airport in the morning with the free shuttle went smoothly.

Excellent value for the money

Was having one night coming from Europe, a family 2 adult and 2 children. We called the hotel on arrival and the came with a minibus in about 20 minutes.
The agent on the hotel arranged the rest of our vacation. The food was good and the staff was very helpful and nice.
We stayed on 2, 4-5 star hotel after the stay on Quality Suites Airport Bangkok, and the room was better but all in all, with price and service, it was good value for money.

Excellent if near airport needed

Great place if you need a hotel near the airport. Excellent free transfert service (they pick you up at airport and the shuttle drive to airport every hour). Huge suite old fashioned but clean and confortable with 2 queen size beds.
Restaurant is not that good and expensive, you better eat outside in one of the many places available. There is a shopping center at 10 mins walk where you can buy great food, music and computer stuff, but limited clothes selection. Breakfast is perfect and starts from 5 AM.

Good airport hotel

Good 3 star hotel approx 10 mins drive from the airport. Large comfortable rooms and good buffet breakfast included. This hotel met our expectations, is reasonably priced and is ideal for a 1 night airport stopover. We would stay here again.

I will stay there again

Hotel offers huge and clean rooms. Staff is helpful and friendly - they always was willing to help me. The location of the hotel is not perfect when you want go the city, you have to use a taxi.

We will stay there next time

Average good but nothing to see outside. Except for convenience - close to airport in just 10 minutes which is good for anyone who needs to catch the morning flight. Hotel staff services are just good. Breakfast was OK but bread were very dry, hard and salted.

Good room, but service is reserved

1. Good for overnight for next day's air travel. Near airport, and free shuttle bus, taking around 15 to 20 minutes. Even in late night.
2. The room is too big for one person. Very comfortable.
3. A little complaint for service: I forgot to bring personal uses, and asked for toothbrush, but the housekeeping said there was not, and he had to go out to buy for me. I declined this offer. Next morning, I asked the front desk, and the staff said YES, he would bring me. However, I waited for over one hour to get one, and charged me B$50. Really to my surprise!!!

OK and close to airport.

I expected to have a pick up at airport. Had to call and wait for the van to come. Breakfast was good. Room was OK but air conditioner was not up to the task
