Average Airport Hotel

The location of the Hotel is in close proximity to Don Muang International BKK. However, the access to the Hotel is poor as it is located across a railway line
The Hotel Representative should have been at BKK Airport to meet and greet. Instead, I had to go and look for the rep and then wait 30 minutes for the transport to arrive and a further 30 minutes to get to the Hotel after a 9.5 hour flight.

Poor

The reception isn't on the ground floor and so you have to go and find it. The rooms are large but the space shows no signs of imagination. They do run a free hourly service to the airport which is handy. The restaurant food and feel was pretty good but it felt like after they had finished the restaurant they ran out of money.

Will look for some other hotel next visit.

Put us in a room that was only partially furnished the first night. After going down and "discussing" the problem with them, was put in better room the next day. Overpriced but convenient to airport.
