Staff is now more responsive by automatic, compared to the previous time we went. They took the initiative to stood up and speak to the visitors. The housekeepers are still as very polite as always.

Rooms rates are not too wise for the standard of the rooms. Without the carpets on the floor we feel so cold after a shower while walking to the dressing table. Maybe they should have a bigger door mat outside the bathroom instead.

The location is excellent, very near BTS. The room was small and smell of cigarettes, we have to ask for air freshener everyday. The service was good, responsive.

The 1,400 Baht was expensive for the quality of room. Only the location is a good point.

This is my 2nd visit to this hotel and room rates had grown higher so I expected better room. But I was a little disappointed as this time I got a smaller room. The room and toilet is not as bright as previous. The morning light was blocked by the car park outside the window. Prefer the previous time I went. Toilet not as clean as previous too. Somehow felt sick taking the same breakfast every morning they offer. But location is still the best.

In the beginning when I step into the hotel, I don't quite like the place and 1 of the staff but after that I find that the toilet is clean and the location is very convenient if you are there for shopping.

Most of the staff are willing and friendly except for one lady. Every time when I'm at the counter looking for attention, she can see you but she ignores you, until you say "hi or excuse me". And when she attended to you, she gives you one kind of stare. But when my boyfriend stand at the counter, she smiled so gracefully and ask him if he need help. Weird lady who only attend to man...

Location is superb! You won't feel bored when you're back to the hotel, as the night market, Patpong, it's just right at the door step. Money changer and shopping centres is just around. BTS is very near as well.

The furnitures looks old, thus looks a little dirty but when you feel it, it's actually clean. The cupboard is just like a shelf cause it has no doors so I've to put my clothes in the luggage then the luggage into the cupboard. T.T The deluxe room is small but I'm fine with that. The bad thing is that it doesn't have carpet flooring and the tiles are really cold in the air-conditioned room that I couldn't get my feet stand still on the floor especially when I'm out from a hot bath. Anyway, I love the toilet, it's normal furnished but it's really clean. The TV satellite has very limited channels and the reception seemed very weak. It's located in silom, so price is considered valuable. Will be back again for the super convenient location! :)

When we stayed here second time we got very small room and not comfortable (room 508) , TV is in a closet and can not watch from any location in that room only in front of TV :S .

We much more like first time that we got room 405. If we back again we will never back to room 508 again!!

I stayed here 4 nights Deluxe room, It is very good value for money although room is not so large but it is very clean and new. Staffs are very friendly. We asked for so many help and no problems at all to help us. If we back to bkk will stay at the regent silom again for sure :D

At first, I didn't anticipate it will be fine. But I was wrong! I like this hotel very much and the location is very convenient for me because I like the night life!:P I will stay at the hotel again! Actually, I will go to Bangkok again next week!:)

I've stayed here several times. Quality is still maintain. The staff is helpful and accommodates your request. Room is basic but clean and safe. Location of hotel is perfect, right in bustling Silom yet tucked away in the quiet area. Recommended.

The location is excellent. The staff is kind and helpful. For those who prefer a window room, please note that the window in the deluxe room is for decoration only, you cannot open it.

Great location, clean rooms with no windows, 1 minute to Skytrain and Subway, would stay there again for 2 nights,nothing special but really good for the money, everything is close to the hotel, also the red light district and the gay area, maybe not a place to stay with kids.
