It's was a pleasant stay...

Location is good. We had the 2 bedroom apartment. Like mentioned in all other reviews, the apartment is old and need refurbishment. Room is very basic. Receptionist and housekeeping workers were helpful. Spa Buri was good. Overall, the stay was pleasant.

Convenient

Its conveniently located near the skytrain, just abt 10 mins walk. Near shopping centres as well. Very convenient.
The staff there are quite helpful ,although the rooms is not very classy. Overall, Good for a 3-star hotel.

Looking forward to our next visit.

We enjoyed our stay in Bangkok as the hotel is located in the shopping area. Food is also readily available and transport is not problem. Would definitely recommend and will stay in this hotel when in Bangkok.

Taxi can't find the Hotel

It's value for money especially for family stay. Upon arrival, the Taxi driver were having a hard time to find the Hotel. Luckily, I printed out the map & we get down from Indonesia Embassy. By asking a passer-by, we managed to find the place.
To our amazement, it was actually a nice Hotel in the middle of the city. Then, we were informed by the local Taxi to mention "Residence Apartment" rather than Hotel otherwise they won't take you there.
As for the family suite rooms, the air cond were too cold even we've switched it to 30 degrees & the water were dripping. Overall, we had a good stay & surely we'll plan to stay in again for the next trip.
To our amazement, it was actually a nice Hotel in the middle of the city. Then, we were informed by the local Taxi to mention "Residence Apartment" rather than Hotel otherwise they won't take you there.

Great service

The staffs are really friendly. The rooms on the other hand is rather old and in need of a renovation especially the wardrobe. But it is Ok for my friends and i as we only go back there to sleep. Location wise very convenient. It is near everywhere ... saved a lot on transport.

Excellent service in a no frills hotel. Perfect.

We booked the family suite and got one directly above their restaurant. Initially the air conditioning in one of the rooms was spoil but calling the receptionist got the problem fixed in no time.
When one of my friends accidentally clogged the bathtub (she broke the stopper so the water couldn't be drained), they called the plumber to get it fixed at no extra cost.
The staff are friendly and willing to offer suggestions even if their English isn't too good. We requested for an adapter and extra pillows, it came quick and fuss free. The bell captain Mr Jaran especially went out of his way to make our stay a memorable one.
The suite however is basic (bathroom is clean, hot water ran perfectly, and the bed bouncy), a bit old and had a musty smell. But then again, there was nothing a bit of air freshener couldn't do to help.
Given the low price, convenient location (close to the BTS Skytrain, if you take a cab however it is a good idea to print out the hotel's address in Thai), and excellent service, it is a great place to stay in. We will definitely stay again at the Residence on our next trip to Bangkok!

We'll stay again if we visit bangkok

The room is quite big and comfort. We got problems with plumbing in bathroom, but the hotel staff response and fix it quickly. The location is very strategic, walking distance to Shopping area.

We like this place as location is very good. It is near to shopping mall that we like. Hotel staff is friendly and service is good.
However, the room furniture is too old and they should consider some upgrading, like changing of new mattress. We will go back and stay as it is value for money.

Overal Hotel Service

We found that overall Residence Rajtaevee is good. The staff are friendly and they have good location (very near to Siam Paragon with free shuttle to and fro).
The only minus side of the services was the unfulfilled reservation request where we were given a confirmation that we will get a room at 3rd floor, but were given on 1st floor instead. We also requested for kettle for coffee/tea making but we were given only a thermos upon request. The water provided for the thermos was also not hot (only lukewarm) as they claim that the had problem with their kettle.

Great Place!

A convenient place to stay as it is walking distance to shopping malls. The best part about the hotel would be the really helpful and friendly receptionist! Certainly a great place to stay. Good and value for money.
