This thin building offer corridor with windows and the room are large with a bathroom with separate shower and bath!

I like the large lobby and the terrace around the pool offer space. Great location in Soi 5 Sukhumvit and really good price.

From the moment I walked into the hotel I found the staff to be most unhelpful. We were left to take our bags and find our own way to our room.

I was also sort change when paying for the items we had from the mini bar. Do Not Stay There!!! There are many better options.

I have booked 4 days at this hotel, but moved out after only one day and changed to The Landmark. Already when I walked in the lobby I felt and unpleasure atmosphere.

Later at the evening I brought a guest with me, but the staff and security was all chasing us with a threatening attitude just to get an extra 500 bath fee for the guest even as I have booked for a double room. When I check out they will not refund me for the other 3 days.

I will not recommend this hotel to any one.

I visit this hotel each year for a few nights as part of a package-deal. My name is in the computer and that helps, I guess. Staff is real friendly and helpful. It helps when you give them a compliment now and then and a decent tip. Guests to the room are no problem.

Rooms are really roomy, even compared to more expensive hotels. Beds and breakfast are just fine, restaurant is good. Location of the hotel is terrific. Right at the end of Soi 5, a street that has everything, from Foodland Supermarket to street vendors. There's always a taxi at your disposal outside the door or a tuk tuk a little further down the road. Shops, banks and entertainment within walking distance. Skytrain-station around the corner. It may not be the Taj Mahal, but it's good for the money.
