Will definitely consider going back to the hotel on next visit

LIKES:
The breakfast at the hotel cafe was very good. Front desk staff was helpful and courteous. The lounge area is cosy and well laid out with tasteful sofas and tables.

DISLIKES:
Room air-conditioning not cold enough even after adjusting room temperature.

Get what you pay for!

The hotel has a functional room, not too cosy but enough to sleep in. TV is terrible, but hotel has other activities to keep you occupied, good spread of breakfast, but front counter staff ruined the stay, impolite and rather coarse, didn't go for training!

Never again

Sorry, but the staff do as they like (no ice, room not cleaned, no room service, private telephones at the reception whilst I was waiting, no laundry, English nobody understands etc., etc.). Is this the mistake of the management or due to the fact, that a "normal" guest isn't as good as a car full of "tourists"??

Never again!

They don't know how to speak and treat their customer. As my partner is a Thai girl and they refuse let her stay just because she is Thai.

I complained their attitude and to my surprise they try to charge 800 Bath to let her in the room even I booked and paid for double room.

I immediately changed the hotel and I'll never book here even they pay for me. I understand others view for this hotel even with other booking agencies, no wonder.

Nice location

The hotel seems a little bit worn, but it's clean and pretty decent. The air conditioner was a bit loudly though.

I like the fact that the street is pretty calm. The location is good and close (5-10 mins by foot) to both the BTC and MRT.

I wish that the breakfast would be better. It consisted mostly of watermelon, eggs of all kinds and toast.

I'm booking this hotel for my next trip. The main reason that I'm choosing this hotel is the good location and price rate.

High Joiner fee

Joiner fee of 800 baht was excessive and not mentioned until check in. TV was terrible. Room was good. Staff was generally good. Breakfast was OK but nothing to write home about.

Never again!

The staff do as they like and they don't know how to treat their customer. We didn't know that they had had an insect problem in one room (ants, cockroaches) and they gave us a room next to it (on the 20th floor). So, at night when we game back to the hotel our bed, bags etc. were full of insects!!! We got another room but the staff was very rude and unhelpful and gave us no explanations. Our new room was dirty and very dis repaired. The breakfast was lousy and poor. Only good thing in this hotel was a swimming pool!

Never again

Without any notice, they presented me with a guest/visitor rule demanding 1,000 additional bath, in the middle of the night. If this "rule" had been presented by check inn, then I just would have left. When you have paid in advance - there is NO way to get your money back! A part from an almost no english speaking staff, they have gone out of their way to hire unfriendly staff.

The only way to NOT paying the hotel the extra charge is to rent an additional hotel up the street to 900 bath, with no extra hidden rules. At least this crappy hotel don`t get the money.

Never ever again!

The worst hotel in Bangkok

The worst hotel I have ever stayed at, in more than 200 trips to Bangkok over the last 15 years.

Dirty, rundown rooms, lousy service, badly maintained and terrible breakfast. After the first day I didn't bother with the hotel breakfast at all and I checked out after the second day and found another hotel.

Don't stay there.

Complain about Bh 1000 fee for Guest

I was very disturbed by the demand by the Security Guard and the Night Clerk to pay Baht 1000 for taking a guest. I booked my room for two people and I was taking my guest and I was rudely handled and was "intimidated" to pay the above fee (3 am). I took this issue with the manager the next day; though the manager was very polite, she refused to refund my money. I am not at all pleased with this treatment I intend to do whatever I can to let other travellers know about the treatment I received.
