Complain about Bh 1000 fee for Guest

“I was very disturbed by the demand by the Security Guard and the Night Clerk to pay Baht 1000 for taking a guest. I booked my room for two people and I was taking my guest and I was rudely handled and was "intimidated" to pay the above fee (3 am). I took this issue with the manager the next day; though the manager was very polite, she refused to refund my money. I am not at all pleased with this treatment I intend to do whatever I can to let other travellers know about the treatment I received.”
