Staff are very kind.
Key deposit charge of 500 bath is a lit bit annoying, but ...

Love this place enough to come back
by Anonymous User from Australia, 8 Nov 05
Hostel is small but cool of colours room are absolutely clean except curtain . Try to get the room with the window or get Deluxe room for more comfort. No elevator but get room high floor better than lower floor because wake up call service by bird song.
Enjoy Bangkok!!

Female staff catty
by Anonymous User from Canada, 16 Aug 06
Most of the female staff weren't very nice, catty even, but the male staff were really helpful and friendly, especially the security guard and cooks. The restaurant is decent and right on the property so it is great if you want something to eat and don't want to go far to get it.

Not one of the chains better hotels
by Anonymous User from Canada, 1 Sep 06
This one was cheaper and a little out of the way (not big deal). It was run more like a hostel but it's probably geared to backpackers.
I wouldn't say there are many pros as it's lower end. The breakfast is not buffet style and the quality was lower unlike the others. The girl at the desk snapped at me for reasons unknown when I checked out ... I guess she was having a bad day.
In my opinion the Woraburi is much better and it's a good idea to purchase their discount card.
