“I came from Pattaya and the weather was really melting me down. I found the customer service very bad, not friendly. However, we got nice room and view (thanks to AtSiam.com!). Nice bed, nice room and nice toilet. The bad news is only hot water available while we prefer cold shower (regardless what time in Bangkok!).

Overall, hotel is very nice and authentic.”
