Will be back next year

Room were very big and very clean, location great for gay night life and min from sauna from daytime, very gay friendly, breakfast basic but nice all day great! as we never got in till very late!!

Market as soon as your out the door great. Will be back next year for sure , and staff were great.

Only thing we asked for taxi to airport, and the taxi took us to the wrong airport, thankfully we left with lost of time.

Couldn't ask for anything more at even 2x the price

Probably the best hotel i have stayed while in Thailand for overall value and comfort. Location, Staff, comfort are all A+++. Food is great (esp. free breakfast ... don't bother with the American breakfast; try some fried rice for a great change of pace!!) I have been to Tarntawan at least a dozen times and is the only place I will stay when in BKK.

No hesitation in going back

No real complaints. Atmosphere was very good service excellent. Breakfast could have been a little more varied but overall excellent. Would recommend people to go there. I will certainly return when in BKK.

My Bangkok headquarters

Very comfortable hotel. Staff are excellent. Big hotel conveniences, small hotel feel. Short walk to sky train and metro stations. My base in Bangkok in the future.

Great place to stay!

Very spacious room. However, it is quite hot for the hall, but the room is cool. No gym facility. Management welcome party every Thursday evening is wonderful. All day breakfast is excellent. Free Internet 24-hours is really useful.

Tarntawan is great. The room was simple but clean, and the bed was humongous.

I have been using them for years. The AtSiam service was superb also. Fast, reliable and safe.

We will miss the place.

Comfortable services and cleanliness made me feel good. I like the room, food and all the kind people there. It's a nice hotel to stay for travelers visiting Bangkok. Only the air-condition---"not cool enough in the daytime" was a little regret.

Good Hotel

I've been there for 2 nights. If I have another chance I would stay there again. The Stuffs were nice but not that great. It's not far at all from Silom. You can easily walk to the bars, clubs, restaurants or disco. Anyway good hotel.

The staff are friendly and helpful. I like the 24 hours food and drinks. Security is Good but friendly. The room maid is not rushing you to get into the room so she can clean and go home.

BKK'S BEST KEPT SECRET

Tarntawan is possibly the best kept secret of BKK when it comes to lodging/ accommodation. I was taken aback when I got off the cab upon seeing the hotel's facade. I initially felt a little unimpressed. But you can definitely NOT judge a book by its cover because as soon as you enter the door, you are in for the best service. I've never been to a hotel where the staff would go out of their way to make your stay the best possible.

Tarntawan's service staff are extremely friendly, courteous and helpful (from the doormen, to the receptionists, the elevator guys, down to the house cleaning crew!). The room was immaculately clean and huge!!

And talk about the location! It is very centrally located. I didn't need to use a cab. Just about everything is easily accessible. I would like to particularly thank Somchai and Hunsa for all the info and input. Too bad I wasn't able to do a "face to face" goodbye and personally thank them.

I've already recommended Tarntawan to friends, and I personally hope to come back to BKK, and when i do, I will definitely stay at Tarntawan!
