Great service but location is not the best.
by CS from USA, 19 Jun 07
Great hotel. Built only a few months ago. It's about 30-40 minutes from the airport although not close to much. Good choice if staying to wait for a flight.

Good value for a BKK 'airport' hotel
by TB from Australia, 16 Aug 07
Like most new BKK 'airport' hotels, it's miles from the airport. Make sure your taxi driver knows exactly where to go before leaving the airport. The map is not to scale and only in English !
But newly built with stylish rooms and good value for money. You'd possibly pay double for this in more central BKK locations.
But don't expect much from the local area. It's a long way from the bright lights of BKK (or anything else).
Ask reception how long it takes to get back to the airport. The road was being re-built when I stayed and the traffic caused me to almost miss my flight.

Unusual hotel - very friendly and attentive staff
by Terry R CURREY from West Yorkshire, United Kingdom, 10 Nov 07
This is a modern hotel, and I chose this, because I thought it was close to the airport, for an overnight stay. It turned out that it was in an area, where there was no tourist facilities whatsoever, restaurants were local Thai, and there is nothing for the tourist to do in the evening, unless you want to take a taxi into Bangkok. Taxi from the airport was a nightmare, as driver could not find the place, so the taxi cost more tha if we had booked an hotel in downtown Bangkok. Also was expensive for the return taxi to the airport. Having said that, the hotel staff were very helpful, and the buffet breakfast was as good as any I have had. The pool area was terrific, a very large pool and attentive staff for drinks and snacks. No problem with a late check out (free). I would however, think twice about staying there again, overnight prior to departure from the airport, and would probably book a well known chain, or even travel into Bangkok itself, next time.
