Excellent Hotel.
by Absolut3 from Singapore, 10 Jul 08
Excellent hotel for the kinda rate they are charging.. Nice lobby and very friendly staff.. They should brush up on their English though.. cant really seem to understand them at times.. I booked a superior room for 3 but they upgraded me to the executive room instead.. No charges..
The room is big and clean, comes with a remote control next to your bed that controls practically everything in the room, from lights to tv controls.. Breakfast was good but after 3 days of eating the same food will make u sick of it.. Location wise its not very ideal as there are no places to shop outside the hotel, but no problem though as u can easily flag a metered cab.. for first timers u can get help from the hotel staff who will help u call for a meter cab. 5 mins ride to MBK and its a walking distance to the famous Somboon Seafood brance located at banthat thong. Overall its a nice hotel and i will definitely stay there again.

I'll be back, Probably....
by Joanne from Indonesia, 11 Dec 05
I stayed in this hotel with my friends and I had a terrible experience here. The fire alarm start ringing and made us panic. When the alarm stop, my room smell like gas leak, I called the receptionist and nobody come until the third call. Fortunately, they gave us the new room, so that forgivable. In spite all that, I liked the hotel. The location is good, not too far from the MBK center and Siam Center. The breakfast was good too.

SOI TWIN
by avi from Iran, 14 Jun 06
This hotel is near MBK and other shopping centers at Siam, it has helpful staff , nice swimming pool and lovely breakfast, try to get rooms at 15th floor, that has electric kettle, still if your room doesn’t have it you can ask for free boiled water. The price is good if you get it from this website but if you want to get a room from the hotel it would cost much more that’s not a reasonable price. If you walk about 100 meters from the hotel there’s a Tourist information office that we booked our Phuket trip from them, also they can help you get a good price for booking this hotel as well, in total it’s a nice hotel. But pay attention that many Taxi drivers don't know this hotel so you must have the address with you, and many call it SOI TWIN.

A little disappointed
by Kangchow Wee, 4 Jan 07
Hotel amenities are pretty basic. Have a nice looking pool but unfortunately the water is kind of cold as sunlight could not get to the pool. Carpet in the room is dirty and food at the lobby cafe is not good.

I will never stay at that hotel again.
by Jemmy C. from Taiwan, 27 Jan 08
The carpet and the blanket are dirty. I feel awful when I sleep. I wonder how many days (or months) will they change the blanket. The staff in the check-in counter is not polite. They just do the duty they have to. After my check in, the hotel even call me and ask for extra fee because of my two little kids. I told that they both are under 12, and can share beds with us. This is the third hotel that I stayed, but the first one to ask for extra fee after midnight. Of course I refuse to pay, and wonder why they didn't say anything when i check in?
The only good thing is the the taxi-meter desk in the front door. They will alway call a taxi by meter whenever you want.
