We'll certainly return to Trinity Silom on our next trip to BKK

Pros:
Nice people, excellent location next to public transportation and city center, perfectly clean rooms, very quiet place yet in a busy district, pleasant swimming pool and sauna.

Cons:
Booked 2 rooms, only one was registered when we arrived (same happened to the friends who had recommended the hotel), very dull and sad view from the room window (are we in BKK or in jail ?), breakfast so-so.

I would be back again and hopefully you can change breakfast

I don't like the breakfast, should have some thing different every couple of days but overall is good. Location is very convenience to all transport. All the staffs are quite friendly but they should have safety box so we don't have to worry about our valuable thing to leave behind.

Good location

It's pretty good for a 3 star hotel. The room is adequately big but the air-con needs upgrading. The breakfast is buffet style but have little variety to choose from. The swimming pool is on the next building and you need to walk three floors up.

The thing that really pissed me off was the phone charge. I was told that if I don't get through, there would be no charge. I made two local calls and could not get through but I was still charged for one call. I tried to argue but the receptionist insisted. Since it's only 10 Baht so I gave them.

So be prepared if you telephone in the room.

I could have found better

Faded carpets, home-made furniture. View from the room was dire. But very convenient for the Silom Road and Sky train. Nice coffee bar next door and use of a very pleasant rooftop pool next door.

Not bad not bad....

Good in terms of location wise (near to the BTS), but some of the taxi doesn't know where is it located. Corridor needs to have a good touch up, food for the breakfast needs to improve too (still remembered clearly they serve the same food for all the 6 days I stayed there).

Quite surprise that the swimming complex and other facilities are actually located next block from the hotel itself, but that shouldn't be a big problem.

Anyway room are spacious, air con are cool enough, tiles in the toilet needs some furnishing (some are cracked) and the hotel staffs are friendly too. Not bad as for a 3 star hotel.

Trinity Silom Hotel, Executive suite

The room was big and comfortable. The only thing I dislike with the room was that the carpets were old. It had spots in several places. I don't think an allergic person should like the smell. Everything else was good. My tip is to book a room with marble floor.

Would stay there again.

The location was amazing- (right near two BTS stations and the centre of Silom) the facilities were great and the room was comfortable, clean and modern.

My only complaint would be the service- when I was trying to get a number for another hotel where my friend was staying the lady had the people skills of a kick in the face and was about as helpful as a chocolate teapot. This could however just have been limited to this particular woman because I had no problems with any other staff.

All in all I had a great stay and would definitely go back.

strict swimming pool service

There are many shopping stores around the hotel. They are cheap.

Swimming pool is nice, is for racing rather than for pleasure. I could not get a towel since I did not have the coupon. Towel service is very strict.

Good time

I had an executive suite, the room was very large and clean with microwave. Very short walking distance to skytrain. Staff are very helpful, flexible and courteous. Very good value and highly recommended (particularly for family due to the size)

Good value for money

Fantastic location and great value for its class. Single and business travellers will like its convenience and proximity to the MTR stations. Located in a busy and extremely dirty side soi though, and can be very deserted at night, so female travellers should be careful.
