Great value and excellent service
by Kevin from Singapore, 18 Apr 07
Situated halfway between Chong Nonsi and Saladaeng BTS stations so you might have to walk a bit, but overall, excellent value at a great price.

Hotel was good
by Aman Singh from New Zealand, 19 Jan 07
Cost from airport should cost approx 200-250 Baht via taxi and beware of taxi drivers (for example ours) took us in a circle to make more money and charged us 380 Baht.
Hotel: Breakfast is ok - for price you pay for hotel.
Staff friendly and try to help. They only really have one person who can speak English.
Closely located to the night market which is excellent.
Can use internet at hotel which is excellent. Not free service though
Not far from fast food restaurants/cafes/ post shops
Wouldn't mind staying there again.

Good hotel
by Aman Singh from Auckland, New Zealand, 17 Apr 07
No nearby cheap laundry person, getting laundry done in Bangkok is actually quite expensive.
Wouldn't mind staying here again - due to the shopping! But note pretty far from International airport - and note taxi drivers take longer then they should taking u there....

Not bad for a 3 stars hotel !!!!
by Andy, 13 Dec 07
Carpet and toilet at hotel room that I stayed are newly refurbished. Clean and no unwanted smell.
Hotel located around Silom area however needs to walk about 5-10 minutes (via back lane) to reach Silom road - the most happening place at Silom.and probably around 15 - 20 minutes walk to Patpong - the nightlife area.
BTS (skytrain) station is nearby to hotel (2-3 minutes walk). Very convenient to move around using this mode of transport.
As mentioned in other reviews. Swiming pool is located at opposite building - 9th floor, Trinity Complex. Guest is requires to get swimming pool voucher from hotel front desk.
If you are adventure enough on street food. There are lots of food stores around back lane (on the way to Silom road). Food (e.g. chicken rice) at Trinity Mall food court (next to hotel) also an option to try. I love the milk cake at Ground floor, Trinity Complex.

A high-recommended hotel for staying in Bangkok
by Peter Chan from Hong Kong, 12 Dec 06
The included buffet breakfast is of reasonable variety and quality. One of the hotel receptionist girl is from China, under a management training scheme. Hence for Mandarin-speaking travelers, there would be a 'home' feeling.
There is a good Japanese restaurant within 5 minutes walk across the road, opposite to the Bangkok Bank which will cost you THB 80 for a bowl of Japanese pork-chop rice, THB 220 for a sukiyaki set, and unlimited free ice tea. A refillable pot of Japanese tea costs THB 20.
You can take an airport bus to Silom at a cost of THB 150, drop off at Bangkok Hotel and walk 4 minutes to the Trinty hotel. The hotel is taxi accessible.
Cons: The hotel is within the Trinty Complex and is accessed via a quite road, though it would be safe to walk through even after mid-night. The room lighting is not as bright as for a luxurious hotel such as the Novotel (at triple the cost). The room has no Internet access.
Despite the above cons, I could not expect more at the price of THB 1,350 per night through AtSiam.com. I failed to book thru another agent prior to AtSiam.com, hence they have different quotas. Direct booking to the hotel for the same room would cost THB 2,000.
In my next visit to Bangkok, Trinity will certainly be one of my preferred hotels.
