Bath room was very small could not move the body when taking bath. No space to put the shower curtain and water went everywhere. Washing basin was very low not convenient at all.

The air in the room was not fresh. Air con didn't work.

It was very hard to find to start with and then we find out that it was about 30 minute walk to Silom (we were advised 5 minutes). The room was nice but very small, bathroom tiny. The room was cleaned on a daily basis but it took us two days to get towels so it was lucky we brought our own.

The night staff when we arrived were very polite but the rest of the staff - well I am not going to write what I really think. Only one person we came across spoke English so we were unable to get any assistance with getting around Bangkok, tours etc. We moved to Tower Inn on Silom which was brilliant. Room was the same price but the room was three times the size.
