Too many problems to make it worthwhile
by Anonymous user, 19 May 06
It is looking a bit tired and we have several bad experiences during our 3 days there.
Firstly, while we had booked a non-smoking room and had a confirmed booking, they said they didn't have one available when we checked in. It took 15 minutes at reception before they finally managed to find a suitable room.
Secondly, we had booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children and had booked an extra bed for the kids. They gave us 2 breakfast vouchers for each day so we assumed the kids ate for free - wrong. They charged us for 2 extra breakfasts.
Thirdly, free use of the gym/fitness centre is NOT included unless you pay for a higher priced room. We booked this hotel partly because it had a fitness centre and then weren't allowed to use it without paying for each visit.
Finally, and most distressing. We arranged for a late check-out and reconfirmed this after the mix up over the non-smoking room. On the final day of our stay we went out for a late breakfast/brunch and came back in time to pack, checkout and head for the airport. When we got back to the hotel, we found out bags already at reception - someone had gone into our room, packed our bags and taken them downstairs without our permission or knowledge. Luckily nothing was missing but we were very upset.
Maybe you might have better luck.

Good for families
by Passera from Geneva, Switzerland, 6 Dec 05
I stayed in July 2004 in this all suite hotel and I like the location, it has 2 entrance soi 18 and the main soi 20. The corridor are amazing with window and curtain of the living room with a convertible sofa. Nice bathroom and beautiful pool. Really good price. You can easily sleep in four.

Average hotel with the price
by Tim from Taiwan, 12 Nov 05
Got this hotel info from the internet with 3D pics, and was very attractive.
Advantages:
1. Location is Ok, though from BTS still a little far.
2. More spacious than average hotel room because there is a separate living room.
Dislike:
1. The room decor is too old, with a 'old smell'.
2. The living room is too dark, no use for guest reception.
