Terrible

by Anonymous user, 2 Nov 05

Terrible bedroom.....not like the picture. The wall of the bedroom is too dirty. The air conditioner was very old. The water heater in the bathroom is also bad. The corridor outside the bedroom is also dirty.

I will never stay here again

If we are in Bangkok, we go there

by Juergen Willing from Germany, 17 Oct 05

Always when we are in Bangkok, we spent a few days in the Woraburi Hotel. The Hotel is OK for the money. The staff is friendly and helpful. I like the pool on the roof. The ABF is good, too.

But I don't understand why they did not renovate the rooms a little bit. Only painting the walls and this will set the rooms in a much better condition - when will they do this????

Canny little hotel

by Dudsie from Newcastle,England, 15 Oct 05

Good hotel for what you pay (via website) it's really good. Pool a little small, breakfast very good. Staff were helpful, especially in the pool bar, they have Thai girls working there to keep you "comfortable" but they are so friendly we spent far too much time in the hotel!!... Would recommend. I had a brilliant time, very close to Nana plaza etc!

Great!

by Michael Mcardle from Pennsylvania, 14 Oct 05

The staff at the hotel was simply superb. I have never dealt with a staff that was so friendly and they wanted nothing in return! Wonderful vacation! One of the bartenders even took me to the grocery store. Simply outstanding.

Would stay there again

by Beverly Ann Harvey from Auckland, New Zealand, 7 Oct 05

Stayed at Woraburi Bangkok for 4 nights in September 2005. Great value for money. Quiet location, but only 5 minutes walk to main road, skytrain & shops. Nice pool area, and nice breakfast.

Greeaaatttt!!!

by Suhaila from Singapore, 6 Oct 05

Service is good, the buffet breakfast is excellent, the room we got was quite small but clean and cozy and the bathroom is big. The swimming pool is great, at the rooftop.

The only problem is, the hotel is quite far from the main road. The hotel provide free shuttle from the hotel to the main road by Tuk Tuk, but from the main road going to the hotel, you can either walk or hail a taxi/Tuk Tuk.

Very poor hotel

by P.J van Heusen, 19 Sep 05

I visit Bangkok 6 or 7 times a year for business, the hotel where I normal stay was full, so I booked this hotel the Woraburi Suite, I stay there for 13 nights and they cleaned the room only one time, everyday i need to ask for clean towels, and the bring it after 5 pm.

Ones and last time in this poor hotel.

Good value for the money you pay

by Andrea Dutto from Turin, Italy, 12 Sep 05

We liked the room, very spacious and clean (especially considering the money we paid for it, about 1,000 bath for a Deluxe room). Another thing we appreciated is the swimming pool on the roof, with a beautiful view on the town. The location of the hotel was pretty good, but we thought it was closer to the skytrain Nana station (it's a 15 minutes walk actually).

The only thing we didn't liked so much was the customer-ship, mainly composed by alone western men with their rented girls. Pretty sad, I've to say...

GOOD STUFF

by STEVE MCGOVERN from IPSWICH UK, 9 Sep 05

I booked though AtSiam.com and got a great price. It's much cheaper than booking on arrival. The staffs and the food were great. Would stay there again.

O.k. for money

by Anonymous user from Germany, 3 Sep 05

The hotel and staff is quite good. The only thing is that this hotel is frequented up to 80 percent from men searching for Thai-girls. As we are on holiday with our children we would have preferred a hotel without this kind of business.
