Birds and Not Bikes

What you see on the net is what you get. Rooms very Good as was the staff. Small resturant but perfect if you don't wish to go out for lunch or stay in one night.
A little out of town but this makes for peace with the sound of birds and not trafic. Plus the hotel will drive you to town for just 100 bht.

A charming boutique hotel

3b is really a charming boutique hotel! The room is spacious, clean and very well decorated ... modern yet still give you the ethnic feel. Staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Location is pretty good too! Away from the hustle of the city but yet only 5-10 mins away by taxi. Thanks so much to the staff for accommodating us.

Warm, lovely and cozy place

The place is nice with friendly, lovely, warm and cozy atmosphere also with very nice hospitality of the owners, you would come back again once you have stayed. The place is located close to CNX airport and shopping center which you can easily find anything you need, transportation to downtown is also convenience as well.
I would recommend you asking for morning Chinese tea, the taste is very pleasant. You feel like you are staying home. I would definitely come back again. Cheers!!

Super time at 3b chiangmai

I knew this hotel from Thailand websites web board. I can remember the first thing that make me so impressed at 3b very well. We checked in quite early about 6am also the weather was so cold but their staff woke up early for taking care 6 of us, they are so kind and welcome us, we were so warm with their services and kindness. One thing I bet you will do the same as us, we took lots of hotel's photos cause each rooms where we stayed has their own style and can feel Chiang Mai style. The owner is an architect who designed and furnished this boutique place and his wife manage the hotel with her mind, they are so cute also both of them made us feel like their relatives not their customers. The breakfast was really great there is varieties of food the the price is reasonable and good taste.
Anyway I will recommend this hotel to everyone who is going to Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Great value accommodation in Chiangmai

This boutique hotel is run by a professional Thai couple. The owner's wife is a very helpful and charming person. The only 'fault' with the hotel is there is no safety box for valuables either at the front desk or in the room; otherwise comfortable and excellent value.

Beautiful, calm and quiet B&B

3B is a beautiful, calm and quiet B&B. Aor and her husband are very nice sweet and caring hosts. I hurt my back and got very caring help! I loved my room and the deck outside. I am definitely going to stay here on my next trip to Chiang Mai. All the best for the success of this place.

Home Sweet Home...

I've read about reviews of 3b before I proceeded with the booking and true enough, what you see online is really what you get!' We arrived in Chiang Mai in a group of 9 and we booked 4 rooms. The moment we stepped out of the cabbie, we were so amazed with the exterior and the landscape. And the rooms were so clean and beautifully designed with all individual themes and designs. We really love it!
The breakfast was good though not much choice and the staffs were friendly as they always greet us with big and sweet smiles. One thing, remember to bring the hotel's map wherever you go and that will be much easier for the cabbies to bring you back to this home sweet home!!! Well done, 3b and thank you for making our stay such a pleasant one! We will be back, babe!!!! :)

I have found and booked this hotel via Web without any problems. It is only a few minutes walk away from "Airport Plaza Centre" which is known by every Taxi or Tuk-Tuk driver(if they wil not find the address). The staff takes care of us, they are so kind and welcome us and were so helpful with their services. The rooms are very clean, tidy and in a very good condition (even for German standard). The hotel is designed by an architect and his wife manages the hotel. You will feel like you are a good friend and not a nameless customers. I recommend this hotel to everyone who is going to Chiang Mai, which is by the way a really pretty Town.

Nice atmosphere and a warm welcome from the owner, I will go back to this hotel again. Services was very nice, owner also recommended for a tourist, one thing i truly like is a really warm welcome and full hospitality from this 3b hotel. Thanks a lot, really worth staying kub.

An excellent value mini boutique hotel.

If you don't mind staying just outside the city then this is the place for you.
Rooms very clean and spacious. Very good AC system which does not automatically stop when you leave the room. You can return after a day out and not have to wait 20-30 minutes before feeling refreshed again.
Towels are well above average and shampoo and soap supplied in dispensers in the shower area as well as a soap dispenser at the wash basin.
Bed/pillow very comfortable with a good quality duvet with oversheet.
Even more excellent value with the 3 nights for 2 promotion. Just across the road an excellent value for money barbecue restaurant. All you can eat for Bht 90. No kidding, Will definitely be returning.
