Why are we in the U.K. instead of Chiang Mai ?
by Gordon W. Allen from Carlisle, Cumbria, U.K., 5 Jun 05
Stayed 5 nights in early April. All facilities excellent but the genuine friendliness and helpfulness of all staff made our stay even more pleasurable. Breakfasts superb. Airport taxi service faultless. I would recommend this hotel to all visitors to Chiang Mai.

The best hotel in Chiang Mai.
by Anonymous user from Tokyo, Japan, 10 Aug 05
This hotel is the best one if you need to stay in town. The swimming pool is my favorite place during my stay there. The breakfast is great. The staff is trained well and the service is outstanding.

Try it, you won't be disappointed
by Michele from Chester, England, UK, 19 Oct 05
This was an alternative hotel offered when our hotel was flooded in the bad weather. We spent three nights there, and were amazed at the hospitality.
The staff are always there to please, the entire place was immaculate, and the room had just been refurbished, and so classy. A small town with some small bars within walking distance, but nothing exciting in the form of nightlife. A good location for travellers to the North, and a good hotel for a relaxing holiday.

A Pleasant Stay
by Andreas Savva Andreas from Cyprus, 31 Jan 06
The hotel was in pleasant surroundings, good size swimming pool and well tended gardens. The room was spacious and beds comfortable. The staff were superb. The breakfast offered much choice and well cooked.
There are many restaurants and a few shops nearby.
On the down side, in spite of double glazing still affected by traffic noise, lighting in room was very dim and hotel was not situated as close to town as we had been led to believe. Also the cost of drinks was too high (258 baht for a brandy and soda).
