The breakfast was very good. The overall service was good, perfect location and spotless cleaning.

Been here one a year the last 3 years and we will return next year. You get a lot for the low price. But... the internetconnection in the business center is to slow and they need to have more sunbeds at the poolarea.

The lobby is great and sparkling. Gym, swimming pool and Sauna are free for guests. Breakfast is plenty and well presented. Staff are well dressed and greet the guest polit?ly. In the evening, a young couple wearning lana traditional uniform entertained the guests with northern style musice. It is a great idea. Towels are provided with plenty in the bathroom.

Location is not convenient for prime tourist area such as Tapae gate. My bathroom at 9 th floor is smelly. No windows and sunlight at bathroom. Lighting socket is out of the wall. When I checked out no one give me a hand. My request for telephone at front desk was refused. TV quality is poor and a few channel can be viewed. No internet facility. When I checked out, I paid my laundry service. I did not get correct refund with no explanation.

It is not bad. However they still need further improvement.
