When I make my next trip I go there.

I know Down Town Inn very good because if I go to Chiang Mai I always go there it's not to big the people who are working there are friendly. I have been there 5 or 6 times for me it's a good place to be.
I come from Netherlands but from Octobers until March I stay in Uttaradit where we have our house.

The bathroom is very very small. The room is also smaller than it looks on the web. The hotel is located about a hundred meter down a small street. On the big street, it's very active at night, with many things to see and shop. But overall, it function well as a hotel for sleeping.

Recommended budget hotel

It is a small but cosy hotel. Really value for money, and the location is excellent too! The rooms are pretty spacious. It's a good place to book if you are looking for something cheap but good.
