Lanna View Hotel Resort Chiang Mai Reviews & Ratings

I read the other visitor and bare that may happen to me but not. This hotel clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Room nice and compare to what I paid it very good. One other thing there are very nice garden and very big fancy craft fish that make more life to the hotel. I will recommend this hotel.

Everything. Basically the information provided on the Internet about Lanna View do not live up to expectations. The location is about 15 min from the center of town, they have a shuttle bus, but you have to pay highly for it. The staff do not speak/understand English, maybe this is because they only cater for the Thai's? I'm unsure. The whole hotel is in dire need of redecoration, all the carpets are heavily stained, the beds to soggy, the shower leaked along the bath and all over the bathroom floor. The supposed satellite TV consisted of one area only and one channel only. I heavily advise that they should rewrite the descriptive information that is posted on the Internet (bearing in mind some of the above comments) so that other unfortunate visitors don't end up there!
