Perfect balance of rustic and comfortable

Very cute 'resort' just outside of Chiang Mai. Every room is in its own thatched-roof bungalow. We had trouble getting hot water in our shower. Sheets were patched in places, and shower towels were stained and not thoroughly dried.
On-site massage was pricey (by Thai standards) -- I think we paid B800 for 1 hour -- but the setting was very peaceful.

Too Out

The place is on the hill, very good climate, and beautiful scenery. But it's rather to far and inconvenience for driving, as it's on the hills.
It says there are many activities, but when we reached there, there are nothing (may be they getting less and less guests, then it would not be worth, if they keep those activities)
No TVs!! And rooms are too old, and not clean.
Bathrooms are not totally isolated; splashes, drippings,.... can be heard, and smelled..?!
P.S. AtSiam's service is the best to me.
